Please note that we don’t clean walls and the ceilings as when treated the paint can be damaged. Not included in our end of tenancy cleaning service: external window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning (optional), cleaning of any external areas such as patios, gardens, parking spaces, garages, balconies, terraces, The freezer needs to be defrosted before we arrive so that we can clean it inside/out. The property should also be free of all personal belongings.
