Our carpet cleaner will require available parking close to the property. If applicable parking charges need to be paid by the customer. We don’t charge ULEZ or Congestion Charge as all our carpet cleaners drive electric vehicles.
Depending on your carpet fibre the most effective method for cleaning carpets is using how water extraction machine or steam cleaning but note that some carpets can only be dry cleaned. Once on site our carpet cleaner will advice on best cleaning method.
Depending on humidity it takes approximately 4-6 hours for your carpets to dry out naturally.
On our Gold Service moving small furniture such as coffee tables, sofas, chairs, is included.
