We offer two different price packages to suit your budget. The Silver package is normally used for an end of tenancy rug cleaning. The Gold package is homeowner’s favourite with more choices that provide enhanced rug cleaning service. Please note: No Congestion Charge to be paid for properties in Central London (zone 1). We only use electric vehicles. All prices are fixed and paid once the job has been completed. Minimum call out charge of £60 applies to all bookings.
Our upholstery cleaner will require available parking close to the property. If applicable parking charges need to be paid by the customer. We don’t charge ULEZ or Congestion Charge as all our carpet cleaners drive electric vehicles.
Depending on the fibre the most effective method for cleaning rugs is using how water extraction machine or steam cleaning.
For greater convenience we only clean your rugs on site.
Depending on humidity your rugs need approximately 4 to 6 hours to dry naturally.
We’ll do our best to remove all stains, however we can’t give guarantee of 100% stain removal as this will depend on many factors such as nature and duration of the stain.
