It’s not necessarily for you to stay in the property whilst we clean. We just need someone to let us in and come at the end to check the cleaning and make a payment. We can also collect keys from the estate agents and concierges.
TCCL is one of the few companies offering 7 days guarantee. This means that if there are any issues with the cleaning service provided if reported to us within 7 days of completion we’ll come back to re-clean free of charge.
Due to the nature of our work we don’t provide refunds but free re-cleans or follow-up visits. We need up to 3 business days to organise free re-clean service.
Please note that we don’t clean walls and the ceilings as when treated the paint can be damaged. Our cleaning teams will require available parking close to the property. If applicable parking charges need to be paid by the customer. We don’t charge ULEZ or Congestion Charge as all our carpet cleaners drive electric vehicles.
